RV Towing Baja.

Baja Wheeling S.A. de C.V. is a Mexican Corporation registered with La Paz Business and Commerce, the National Foreign Investment Registry and enrolled in the local Chamber of Commerce.

We assist our clients with recreation vehicles into, out of and through Mexico, United States and Canada. We also import, export, sell and buy RV’s.

Making sure your RV is brought to its destination on time and intact is our commitment to you. We take great pride with road safety and care of your RV while in the possession of Baja Wheeling.

Dave
Looking at the tow bar he used, in the picture on your website, I can see why there is so much damage. Very poor choice to use on a vehicle with a relatively flimsy bumper. Doesn't say much for Bajawheelings expertise.

Off grid, 12-190 watt evergreen solar panels on solar trackers, 2-3648 stacked Outback inverters, 610ah LiFePo4 48v battery bank, FM 60 and MX60 Outback charge controllers, X-240 Outback transformer for 240v from inverters, 6500 watt Kubota diesel generator.

So, doesn't the company's insurance cover such damage?

Unfortunate situation, for sure.

Keep 'em honest....:saint:

Should. I hate to file a claim as much as the next guy. But you should take responsibility as a business owner. I find that fair.

Dave, not only should you file an insurance claim, but the word "ATTORNEY" works wonders as well. There are enough unscrupulous business owners out there who need a reminder to be responsible. Your photos should be all you need.

Let me clear up the Math.

I contracted the tow with Baja Wheeling for $1,500.00

Paid $1,000.00 up front

held the balance when my truck was delivered in that condition. Thats $500.00

the Repairs cost me $2,000.00

Mr. Shusterman owes me $1,500.00

Few people have kind words to say about pit-bulls. Find an attorney that resembles one, and SIC-'EM!

Hire an Attorney? To even get one started on the case would cost more than this claim. Then after all the wrangling and spending a lot more to get a judgement, you still need to collect. Good luck...this type of case unfortunately only leads to more aggravation and expense. I once legally persued a loss of $20,000 that looked like a slam dunk. I spent just over another 20k with a lawyer and eventually (over a year)won a judgement for the full amount plus legal fees. Guess what? The loosing party then went bankrupt so I doubled my initial loss. This kind of situation is almost always a loose-loose event.

X2. Dust off your flip flops and move on. If it gives you satisfaction to expose this person on the internet go for it but I wouldn't expect monetary satisfaction. Thank you for sharing your experience with us, it might save the rest of us from a similar fate....

I found a minimum of 9 errors in the website. It's an extremely "professionally designed" website, too.
