Did the Earth Move for You, too?

About 15 minutes ago (Sunday about 12:30 pm) 2 strong jolts hit Rosarito. What I could find about it so soon was that it came from the Calexico area.:(

Mom always told me to be different - Now she says...Not THAT different

I didn't feel it today but the last big one from Mexicalli split our pool and we have had to empty it. We are waiting for the area to dry before we can fix it. I was up to losing 2000 gal a week before they found out what was happening. Are you here visiting your Mom. Hope all is well give her a kiss from me,k

Yes, I Felt the Earth Move

One sharp jolt that shook the couch I was on, but none of the big windows rattled.

At first, I thought that one of the Great Danes was leaning against the couch and moving the furniture (that has happened before).

And then I thought "earthquake"!

Sure woke me up on a sunny, sleepy Sunday in Baja.

Felt several of them in SD.

Most of them have been centered in or around El Centrol and Brawley. Scroll down on this site and you can see the time and magnitude of every earthquake worldwide.

Me neither. The Lomas Del Mar part of Punta Banda sits on solid rock.
