Mood: Move on. It is just a chapter in the past, but don't close the book- just turn the page

Rene's in Rosarito is looking quite spiffy

Rene's Bar and Restaurant looked quite spiffy today, newly painted, and flying the Mexican bandera. Does this mean a reopening or has it reopened???

Looks exactly the same to me, except freshly painted and maybe the flag.

Rene's was my first intro into the retired Gringo's Baja Bar
where the Old (now I am one), Gringos would wander
over from the trailer park in the back to BS and
drink, nothing wrong with that, kinda pictured myself
in that situation someday, minus the overindulgeing part, that day is approaching. Liked the rooms, with a purple
felt drapes and carpet you would always wear rubber
thongs on, good memories
