Road Damage and Fishing in the La Bocana Area?

We are to make a trip to La Bocana Thursday to do some fishing.
Is there any road damage we should be aware of before we leave San Felipe.

Also will the pangas be going out to fish?

Any info would be helpful since Hurricane Paul decided to make us question this trip.
