CCAT PUBLIC SAFETY OBSERVER ORIENTATION MEETING & TOUR in Rosarito
CCAT PUBLIC SAFETY OBSERVER
ORIENTATION MEETING & TOUR
C4 Communications Center
Wednesday January 30, 2013
On behalf of Mayor Javier Robles, we thank you for your response to our invitation to attend our next PUBLIC SAFETY OBSERVER Orientation and tour of
the regional C4 Communications Center, on Wednesday, January 30th, 2013.
To provide you with an easy journey to the C4 Center, we will assemble at the Rosarito Beach Hotel and caravan to North Rosarito, where the C4 Center
is located. We will gather in the NORTH parking lot of the Rosarito Beach Hotel, and depart promptly at 12:30 PM. To assist you, we have provided a
map below:
We encourage friends to carpool together. The C4 Center is a secure area, so please plan on arriving with the group; do not attempt to enter the
center unaccompanied. We expect to begin the orientation at 1 PM.
If you are coming from North Rosarito and want to meet along Sharp Boulevard (off of the "Old Road" or "Free Road" to Tijuana), you can join the
escorted caravan by waiting at the "Secondary Meeting Point" marked with the red "X" on the photo map below:
We plan on passing the Secondary Meeting Point at 12:45 PM. If you are there when we pass, you can join us. We will not wait!
You will receive an orientation on the CCAT Visitors Assistance Program and how to be a Public Safety Observer. We expect the orientation and tour to
take approximately 90 minutes. You can plan on returning to the Rosarito Beach Hotel at 3 PM. Parking will be validated. While all are welcome and
you may bring a friend, we do request an RSVP for proper planning purposes. This is first come, first served, and if we reach an effective maximum,
we plan on additional sessions in the future.
Muchas Gracias! See you on the 30th!
