Privates are....well....private!:D At least they have a good sense of decorum. ;)

Thanks for the photos, Mono. Did you get over to the museums?

Great thanks. What's with the bicycles in your first post were they for rent. They all look the same.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn on 5th de Feb. 2 blocks from the Zocalo. Nice place, reasonable rates, qualifies for Hilton Honor points.

I went for a short tour of the Museo Nacional de Las Culturas. It was nice but I was more into the architecture, the details of the buildings and their patina were fascinating to me.

I think they were, I saw racks of them in several places but I never inquired about the details.

Centro D.F. is quite a city, even if the infrastructure seems to be crumbling in places. My wife won't go to centro with me, so we usually end up in Coyoacan. I particularly like the Old Mission San Juan Bautista, in front of which an old lady is often selling lovely beeswax candles.

Nice photos, Loco. They summarize the area very well.

those were EXCELLENT photos of a beautiful city.

the bicycles are indeed for rent - you pay and then can drop them off at any other "location" in the city. superb idea.

who the heck buys corsets ????? hmmmmmmm

post more if you have them, these are great.
