Nice! I went out to try and see it, but was too late, the moon had set, and I knew it was to the left of the moon.

we had a lovely clear night for viewing but the moon set afterglow was soooo very bright, it was hard to see the comet...sure was an amazing clear
starry starry night and perfect for being outside. We had a motorcycle group here at the Blowhole to watch it... complete with margaritas and a
catered lobster feast...oh what a night!

I was able to see it with binoculars for a few minutes before it sunk into the haze.

Heres my shot of it from the sierra, we were in Ensenada/San Diego the last 2 nights with nasty smog making it really hard to see this comet, what a
difference pollution free skies make!! We saw it faintly naked eye tonight, but the 20X90 binoculars gave a super view! Has a short twin tail!
Heres a link to a pic, 800 ISO, tripod, 1 second exposure

A small spotting scope would give a great view!

Thanks astrobaja. That comet that may crash into Mars is insanely large. Will annihilate all rovers and probes.
