YUCK! I'm Changing Water Vendors

I filled a glass of water then forgot about it for a week or two. When I picked up the glass sitting atop the refrigerator it was dry and a film had formed all over the inside. It was sitting beneath a shelf (1" of clearance) so dust shouldn't have been a problem but the neighbors are full of chisme about how some water plants are producing a totally inferior product. Reverse Osmosis media from China. Isn't there some Sector Salud inspection of the plants or am I dreaming?

After the third Pacifico, I don't even think about the water THEY use.
