Anyone contemplating buying into a Baja Sur development should read this article.
Looks like the future of this project is done.

Like Loreto Bay lots of folks left holding the bag.
Like most Pacenos, I always thought this was an insane development.

Thanks for the update through Baja Insider. We all were saying the same thing, but each year it seems to get worse with property owners paying for upkeep and the little ferry. Now what will happen to the monoliths they built out there that are not completed? I know they are hoping for a buyer for the development, but who would?
