Pop Up Problem
My internet connection is Prodigy from Telnor and I use Firefox as the browser on my pc.
Recently, my monitor was giving me problems and it was swapped out for a new one.
No changes were made to the basic computer, but ever since the monitor switch out, I have been plagued with intrusive Spanish-language pop up ads - as
many as fifty in a few hours if I leave the computer on and unattended.
I've gone through Firefox Content and verified that the pop up blocker is on.
I did a thorough system scan for viruses - it came back negative.
I uninstalled and then reinstalled Firefox, but I am still having the same problem.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, GJ

Thanks for the Input
I could not download the malware free program at all.
I did download the ad block plus and it is not working.
Any other suggestions will be gratefully accepted.

You got MALWARE cooties. Some block malware downloads!
In the USA I had to resort to BITDEFENDER to sort things out. It spit things out of the hard drive like **** through a goose.
