Newer Mex Auto Ins Libility Limits Surprise

Just got an email back from one of the popular Mex Ins Brokers, re: a question I asked on the newer libility suggestions for Baja,
not sure if they were referring to BCN or BCS, apparently there is a difference. Totally surprised me, it states '$300,000 will cover
ONE death in Civil Penalty'. Who here carries more than
$300.000 on their policy? I can think of little worse
than coming up short on coverage?

Be careful who you run into. Usually the compensation is based on the earnings of the victim or his/her earning potential. Stay close to slow driving viejos who are probably pensionarios. (like me)

What other kinds are there abogado David? Don't just spit out your skepticism, enlighten us!

Tell us how compensation is rewarded in a negligent traffic death occurrence.
