Flying trip

Ok, this is not your usual non-Baja vacation trip report, but too good to pass up......especially for those of you in California and Nevada dealing with the Rim fire in Yosemite.

Turn up your volume:

Fascinating. It sure is a different perspective of a massive fire than you see on the news.

I am getting all of the c-ckpit conversation. The "landing gear" warning tone is a warning that the aircraft is too low in relation to the ground and is a reminder to lower the gear to prevent a wheels up landing. Military pilots are forbidden to turn off the warning tone. As soon as MAFFS 6 gains altitude the tone quits.
