The last time there was 'Global Cooling' (1970's) the Soviet Union proposed placing a giant magnifying glass in orbit to help melt the snow/ice in Siberia and Arctic. Time Magazine had this to say in April, 1977:



Then, what do you know, the earth warmed a little for about 20 years and once again has been cooling since about 1998. :rolleyes::light::cool:

They are indeed panicking... with the natural changes in climate going on no matter what man does becoming obvious, they must feel a huge loss of income when the people demand their money back that has been taken from them for the false taxes!
