The last time there was 'Global Cooling' (1970's) the Soviet Union proposed placing a giant magnifying glass in orbit to help melt the snow/ice in
Siberia and Arctic. Time Magazine had this to say in April, 1977:
Then, what do you know, the earth warmed a little for about 20 years and once again has been cooling since about 1998.

They are indeed panicking... with the natural changes in climate going on no matter what man does becoming obvious, they must feel a huge loss of
income when the people demand their money back that has been taken from them for the false taxes!
