Annual Mariachi y Ballet Folklorico

This coming weekend is the annual Mariachi y Ballet Folklorico event at the Rosarito Beach Hotel in Rosarito. Gil Sperry and Rosy Torres started this event as a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Rosarito. This year the highlighters are Mariachi Divas from California and Mariachi Vargas as well as other names really famous throughout Mexico.

The best part for me is the workshops where people come from all over and get a chance to attend workshops from the top Mariachi performers in the world. You can not imagine the enthusiasm and gusto in the workshops.

Performances for the Professionals as well as the student showcases befin Friday and go through Sunday.

For full information go to : http://www.rosaritobeachhotel.com

and click on the Mariachi tag.
