Brand New Year --- What are your new goals?

Caught right this second between forgotten yesterdays and unborn tomorrows we have a one shot chance at setting new goals for the coming year. What's it gonna be?

For me: Wahoo >> gonna drag those Marauders from here to Guymas if I have to but I'm gonna catch some big wahoo.

Also I'm not eating any squash. I hate squash. Pledged last year and kept my promise. You may save this post and hold me to it.

nothing better than a nice butter filled baked squash, acorn is my favorite. goals I hope to start our build in the east cape, if the markets are good to me again this year. also talk to my boss about time off in the winter months so i can get away to baja again.

I vow not to eat OKRA. you can hold me to that one.

Last night we were watching TV and people were twittering their resolutions. One person wrote: Next year I want to gain weight and spend more money!

We had a good laugh.

My goal is to be more accepting of others and to not try to impose my will on them. Let them be, whoever they be. Life is good and Baja is Fantastically Awesome!! I LOVE LIFE.

Woody, no worries. They can take your fish but they can't take your waves.

Chuckie, don't do it. We are used to your always negative posts, you b-tching and moaning about things in Baja. Don't ever change. We need you for a healthy fair and balanced (and unafraid) atmosphere here. My way of saying when I see you posting I know I can expect something to keep us from becoming too ecstatic about almost anything down here. We need you cause some of our old groaners have died or lost the use of their fingers.

Visit Baja a lot more now that I'm retired - fish every opportunity I get! I'd like to put a face to more of the peeps on this forum - being selective, of course!

Get out and do stuff and STOP becoming the miserable old man I have been working on! My wife & I went for a long drive in the mountains yesterday and talked about important stuff like this...

Next time someone asks 'when do I need a visa', I'll respond when your Mastercard doesn't work...
