It's a deux chevaux, literally "two horse" as in horsepower. (Pronounced "doe shah vo")

Classic and popular European cars made by Citroen. Collectors love them. Try a Google search and you'll see lots of photos and Information.

They seldom start, but when they do they bounce like a buggy when you board them.

Viva le France!

A 2-cylinder that gives fuel mileage equal that of one of today's 4 cylinder cars with ten times the horsepower.

In Marin county California, they are worth a fortune. Priceless image projection when arriving at the marijuana dispensary.

Judging by the different colored fender, headlight style, turn signals and license plate position it is a 1963-1968 Citroen 2CV Charleston.
