OK So we were in Pt Chivato and

When we were there 2 weeks ago we saw a large house by the airport half finished. Looked around it just out of curiosity. Looks like it could be a show place down there. Too bad it wasn't finished.
Is there any story behind it?

Cliffy

Was it the white 2 story roundish building near the east end of the run way. If that is the one you are talking about it was originally being built several years ago to be a steak house. Obviously that did not work out and it has sat half finished for a long time.

No it was a squarish house right on the beach half finished. Walls, roof, windows, no floors. Looked to have a separate quarter for maid attached to main house. Had a garage right front facing the house with a boat (20 ft cruiser) on a trailer under the roof but has been there a long time rotting away. No landscaping either.
Main house about 2500 sq ft maids 600 sq ft Flat roof leaking into building but with nothing finished inside no issues. Just 4 walls and a roof.
