Tecate northbound
We are in a Ford F-350 dually with a 35 ft. fifth wheel
Is the normal lane doable or should I go with the truck traffic ??
If I need to go with the commercial vehicles , how do I get in their lane ??
sold out and got out !!!

I don't know if you're allowed to cross in the commercial vehicles area. If you get in the normal auto crossing, be in the far left lane of traffic,
and expect to be sent to secondary automatically for your food inspection.

The Mexican military has been directing U.S. bound traffic for a couple years now at Tecate, they will tell you what lanes to go into... and we have
seen them stop and inspect U.S. campers before they leave Mexican soil, too!

Woody, regardless of which lane you're in on The Long Wait, when you get to the actual border that's where the Mexicano Militar is, and they'll make
you cross over to the left lane regardless. It's an easier swing if you're already in the L. lane, and you can 'cut' it a little outwards with no
problem. If you're in the right lane they may make you wait for 2 or 3 lefties before they let you over though, so it's best just to be left to begin
with; from mucho experienso. I've never been searched by the Mexicanos going back into the U.S. however.
