Noe does a wonderful job of volunteering for this project---he is the main support person for this project---should be the man of the year for LB.

Rotary did make him "Man of the Year"

Noe did win the "Man of the Year",otherwise known as the Amistad Award from the local Los Barriles/Buena Vista Rotary club the first year it was awarded. He won for his tireless work with the turtles.
