Looking for Baja Exporer Magazines

Hi all-

I stumbled across a partial issue of Baja Explorer magazine in a box of surf mag's recently. I wasn't sure what it was since the cover and table of contents were both missing. It's the issue that had an article about kayaking from La Bufadora Southwards and surfing a not-so-popular spot a couple/few places down from the latest sand filled harbor. Does anyone out there have extra copies or would be willing to scan printable copies of the surfing articles and letters about those articles? As a fair warning, I'd be cutting the articles out which is why scans are ok.

If anyone's got old surf magazines in the San Diego area with Baja content I'd be interested in that too. I can post a list of the magazine's I'm still on the hunt for, and of course list of what I have, but I'm not sure if that violates the spot/landmark/not finding it yourself rule.

Thanks.

I'd not thought that this was distributed enough to make it into their files. I'll check my local though!

sept/oct 1991 has surfing the tip and windsurfing the west side

July/August 1992 has Sufari to Natividad. other side of los cabos and how to get baja rigged look interesting

Jan/Feb 1992, #2.1 has windsurf Abreojo's, Down and Dirty-quickie baja surf trip, Miss Universe :-) and walking baja with bonny the burro.

Those are just the ones I've seen online recently. There's not much out there to do web research.

I did some google/ebay searching (many sellers put up a pic of the table of contents, a great help!) and didn't get much. Found some on ebid dot com, but the prices are prohibitive. There are neat ad's and letters in the issue I have.

I have sept/oct 92, vol 2, #5 and there's a letter (Why are surfers greedy with their spots) referring to another letter (Why are you publishing surf spots) in July/August about an article in what I assume is May June '92.

Looks like a neat publication.

Okay sandpoint... so you are good with what you found online, or did you get the date on the bottom of the page for the La Bufadora surfing article you seek so I can check my stock here?

Didn't mean to be vague. All I have is the sept/oct 92 issue.

I found tables of contents images posted for and would like to see the surf articles from:
-sept/oct 1991
-July/August 1992 has Sufari to Natividad.
-Jan/Feb 1992, #2.1 has windsurf Abreojo's, Down and Dirty-quickie baja surf trip, Miss Universe :-)

And I'm inferring from letters to the editor in the issue that I have that there's a surfing article in the may/june issue. I've not seen it though. Anything would be great, even just images of the table of contents and I"ll just keep my eye out for them. Thanks for you time and also for posting the Desert Magazine link-I put an article of a trip to Malarrimo via a surplus amphib vehicle into the binder.
