How to replace a lost TIP

Any Baja Nomads out there that know how to get a replacement TIP (temporary import permit) for a boat. I paid for and got one. I didnt apply the decal to either the truck or the boat (instructions were not clear)..I have the supporting paperwork but not the decal...??? Do I just have to pay for a new one or is there another path?

We are on our second TIP on our boat in La Paz. We have never put the decal on the boat (and were advised against it) because it would not last for 10 years in the sun. We do carry the TIP paperwork in the boat. We are in Marina de la Paz and also have a copy of our TIP in our file in the office. Couple of years ago there was a big deal about having the TIP for your boat, but the paperwork would suffice then. As in all things Mexico, past experience does not necessarily predict the future, however.
