Bajalera Passing

With great sadness in my heart I'm announcing the passing of my mother, Bajalera. She'd been in declining health for the past few years, so it wasn't unexpected. But still, ...damn, it hurts. I'll miss her dearly.

There most certainly is but one side to every story: the TRUTH. Variations of it are nothing but lies.

Oh Steve, I am so so sorry... She was so wonderful and I enjoyed the exchanges with her so much!

Elizabeth and I are here for you and your family if there is anything we can do.

I have a couple of her published articles in my collections (Desert Magazine article, and her January, 1975 Pacific Coast Archaeological Society Quarterly article 'Baja California Climates' just was added my library). They are yours if you do not have them.

Steve,
So sorry for your loss. I know from experience that even when not unexpected the loss of a parent is very difficult. Our thoughts are with you.

Steve-

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was a a real Bajanomad academician. I enjoyed her posts immensely throughout the years. Get some healing with time, and I will look forward to your enlightening posts in the future, as always.

I was just thinking of her, Lee, the other day, wondering about some of the old crowd. This saddens me.

CLICK: 'bajalera' posts on Nomad

Her first posts were in October, 2003 and last posts were in August, 2012... All were gems, IMO!
