Although I never met you I feel I have; just by reading your wonderful writings Yesterday my family and I visited Ensenada and took a short drive to Erendira, while driving on our way out I spotted what I think is an Osprey and immediately I thought: there's my buddy from Baja Nomads...

Happy B-Day Osprey,

I, just like Carlosg, never had the pleasure of meeting you. However, I had enjoyed your writings at Baja Nomad. Have a great time with your friends and family.

Thank you, thank you one and all. It was a great day to be sure. I've lived 79 years longer than a still-born child --- how's that for luck. Some more Irish magic for me > my old Isuzu Trooper is sitting in the front yard and one of the rear tires blew out. That's the 4th steel belted tire to blow, ALL IN MY YARD AND NOT ON THE STREETS OR HIGHWAYS OF BAJA SUR since I got here 20 years ago.

Later in the day my wife, Lynda, adopted a puppy for me to play with. No name yet; any ideas. It's a perra.

Name the pup?

My suggestion is 'Mousa'. That is from Greek mythology for 'Muse', perhaps she can inspire some stories!

Latin would be 'Musa'

Oh yeah, Happy B-Day!

New Puppy

Vet says she's part Rottweiler. Her name is Joya.

She's just a little ball of fun right now.
