75 - 80 degrees today at the beach in San Diego

And it has been that way for a week or so. Record breaking temps in the county.

Hot, sunny, dry.

I have a 30 foot tree in front of the house that is drying out, losing leaves.

Where are the El Nino rains???

It was 90° along the whole coastal strip from Cantamar to Rosarito for most of Monday afternoon. It only cooled off a little after turning off at the Rosarito Norte exit heading to the border. It was only 87° at the border at San Ysidro!

Old news. We've cancelled it, though it doesn't look like a good news overall. Mini Ice Age.

Global cooling - caused by cyclic variations in sun activity - was supposed to begin just about now, leading to Mini Ice Age around 2030-s.
Our joint polluting efforts have changed the path of nature, so you don't need to worry about this for now.
