Planing to travel to Bahia Luis Gonzaga / punta Bufeo

Did any one traveled to Punta Bufeo, / Bahia Luis Gonzaga recently? Any advice or phone numbers, I could not contact any hotel, phones do not work.
I will appreciate your answer.

Telephone service ends at San Felipe, 100 miles north. Rancho Grande market (at Gonzaga) has a satellite phone (or used to).
Drove past both Punta Bufeo and the Gonzaga campos last month... Paved all the way from San Felipe to a point 12 miles south of Gonzaga Pemex.

Sometimes no gas. If closed try R Grande store.

And remember, the Pemex closes an hour or so for lunch.
