San Felipe


I am a friend of Ken Cooke and a Just run member and have just joined Baja Nomad, I want to head down to San Felipe Oct 12 to 10/16 one of our members has a house on the beach and will allow us to camp on there property, they know the area and will guide us to the Matomi water falls and some other trails if interested call me and I will give you the rest of the plan.Rocco 619-756-0797..oldmanpete1@yahoo.com thanks

You will want to hit Shell island just south of Percebu and the old Apache sulfur mine on the way to Matomi. You could even consider taking the Parral canyon road just south of the mine to get to Matomi. Consult one of David K's maps for details if your unsure how to find it.
