Outboard Motor Wanted - No more, found a motor!!
I'm looking for a 25 to 50 hp outboard motor already in Mexico, Ensenada to Loreto area but ...... ???
Electric start, remote controls; i.e., not a tiller model.
I'll consider buying a small boat/motor/trailer combo. Tiller models OK if boat included.
U2U if you have something or know someone who does.

Octavio hooked me up with an outboard when my Yamaha was stolen...... didn't even give me a kiss with it. I got HAD BIG-TIME. The guy is a veritable
bandito in Mulege.... my advice, steer clear at all costs. I'm still wiping blood, and that was over 10 years ago.
Sorry, Shari...... no disrespect to you.
I don't have a BUCKET LIST, but I do have a F***- IT LIST a mile long!

Thanks, I'll call Jesus tomorrow. It will be Sunday after all and I'm prayin' for something. Can't imagine spending a winter on Bahia Concepcion
without a boat. The motor I had lined up fell through yesterday.

bump, I've had two leads that didn't pan out. Thought I'd try again.

Mission Accomplished
Just bought a 20 hp Suzuki 4 stroke.
I had an Evinrude 2 stroke, and Hayzeus Creesto, the 4 strokes are way more complicated.
I'd estimate that the number of parts in the 2 stroke is somewhere between 50 and 100.
Judging from the Suzuki parts catalog I found online there are 5,345,678 parts in this Rube Goldberg contraption.
Yikes! This mechanical Swiss watch type machine is going to be sitting in salt water with pelicans perched on top using it as a toilet.
Whoever said a boat is a hole in the water you keep dumping money into was right.
But I have a Bahia Concepcion boat for the winter! Yay!

I have a 14' Duroboat with 20hp Tohatsu. I am not near the boat right now...it is in my bodega in Baja Sur, but the outboard has low
hours.....something like 50. It has an hour meter. I live on the Pacific and I find I am not using it much. I have taken it to Bahia De Los Muertos a
few times....fun, but long drive for me.
