When I was 16 my County Sherriff cousin schooled me about the "personality test" the police give whenever they encounter a civilian for any reason whatsoever. He said it's a 'pass-fail' situation, and he advised to ALWAYS pass it, regardless of your reasoning.

This guy obviously FAILED. :(
