Go for a SXS. ATVs are boring, and more importantly, very dangerous.

I disagree. Side by sides are boring. Windshields, seat belts, enclosing doors, floorboards, a roof.
A REAL ATV lets you FEEL the ride. Side by sides, dont.

You can drive a SXS a little crazy without needing to worry about breaking all your bones.
I'll take you for a ride some time and then listen for your answer.

You think I've never been on them? Of course I have. That's why I have the opinion I do.
ATVs are especially more fun in serious ATV places like Moab. In basic desert terrain, the two types are about equal.
But with an ATV, you dont need to go as fast to get the thrill of the ride. It feels like you're going faster than you really are.
And the thrill isn't insulated by glass and metal and seatbelts.
No dirty hair and clothes, either, on a side by side. No need for goggles or gloves or serious shoes. Dirt is fun.
ATV for me.
Yes, they are more dangerous. But not as dangerous as a moto.

A thousand times more dangerous than a dirt bike. I've laid my bike down in the dirt a couple dozen times in the last 2-3 years, probably 50 times in
the last 5. Have snapped more clutch and break levers than I care to admit. A couple scratches here and there.
Quads are super dangerous. Trust me on this one. I'd never get one for my kids. In Baja you want a bike or a SXS. Stay safe ppl.
Btw, windshield is optional on a SXS, as is wearing your seat belt.

1000x... I don’t think you have a good grasp of actual statistics or you are just spouting made up nonsense.
I question the parenting skills and choices of someone who claims it is “safe” to let kids ride motorcycles....

Agree if we are talking pavement, street bikes.
On an unrelated note, you never answered my question. You have thousands of posts on here going back a dozen years. Sometime about 5-6 years ago
your became angry and started lashing out at ppl. Before that you were fairly normal and helpful to most.
Can you please let us know what event in your life made you so bitter? 3rd or 4th time asking. It would really help everyone here to know so we can
help you.

I little background to this discussion/dust=up. As a consequence of age mi amor no longer has little girl eyes, strength, balance, etc. An
additional medical condition has left her limited in her ability to walk; the dog, the beach, the market, ect. To this point in life she has depended
on her Segway to roll.

My idea is to electrically convert a small atv to assist her daily life. If you've got a dead or reasonable one plez u2u.

That would be a great thing to do for her Weebray. Glad she is still very active.
I would suggest a visit to the local bike repair/ mechanic shops to see what they have in their scrap pile.

Weebray,
an ATV still requires some upper body strength, to make turns and so on....
how about an old fashion golf cart? The dog can sit next to her, and doesn't need to run after the Segway any longer.
Any older battery powdered vehicle would be still fighting the two big "H"......Heat and Hills
BTW I might have a need for a Segway.....let's talk

Cool video, wish you were closer, I might have a quad or a cheap SXS that would work? As others have said a golf cart or sit down ride might work
better?
