Sad News

This a.m., preparing to head up to Poppet Flats for our holiday commune with the critters, we were disappointed (but not surprised) to find that BOTH KFC and Popeyes are CLOSED for the day.

OH WOE ! WHERE TO GO ?

What's Christmas without Fried Chicken ? What do I tell the pooches ?

Guess I'll blame it on Trump.

Von's IS open (limited hours) today. Wonder if they've got any Roasted Chickens out ?

Worth a stop.

Then there's the Fries ................ surely, there has to be one (or more) Burger joints open ?

HM ?

On the way back from my Mother in Laws home last night in Ensenada we drove past Kentucky Chicken on Reforma Ave. and the drive thru line was backed up with about 50 cars and the walk in line had about 100 people!!!! Couldn't believe it!

at least here in the rosarito area there's a rotisserie chicken joint on every corner but no fried chicken, a big treat for the locals is to save up for a trip to the Playas for some KFC......a Popeye's here would be a godsend!

there's only two things in life but I forget what they are........
