My 2 cents worth

I think the rules and enforcement on this forum are adequate and need vary little playing with. this is a place that is vary much like a newspaper . you can git up in the morning and with coffee in hand read the morning news. then if you chose you can turn to the comics and editorials which I always do. and also you can post a reply or a new thread .

it is all by choice . I think there are probably people who never chose to reed my posts . if you don't like Bruce R Leech then don't click on my posts. or if you disagree with me then you can ether politely let me know, or you can call me a asdljdkfjlj and do what ever.

when I post a thread I want all the input not just the ones that agree with me. and I think David K and Jr. and most of the others that post here will agree. if not they can call me a fdjjdjdsfj or something.

I'm afraid that if this forum was to censer posts to the degree that some say they would like I would not enjoy it anymore

where else can some one who cant spell worth a dam post there opinion

He's the Mulege man and I like his...

stories on BN, and also the many posts by many people, just the way they are. And since you are the resident Mulege man on BN, a place I very much enjoy, I'll be watching and reading when I can.

Time for me to take another good long hike to be silent and do the dreamscape. So I can hear my own heartbeat and allow myself to dampen my own white noise, so I can think and be clear.

Sometimes I find, that I am in a peeing match with a pig, and that pig is myself. We change ourselves if we so choose.

Destination Mulege Bahia Concepcion, BCS. 2002
My trip distination back in late 2002, was Mulege. Why?

Heard alot about Mulege, from many people I had met over the years and it always stuck. When I found out that the senior border crossing man at the Peace Arch in BC/ USA main border lived in Baja California, and in Mulege, I made a bee line back to Vancouver from my home town, gave away most of my stuff, and then drove by myself this time, through the border, and when I was asked where my destination was, I said this to the lady on duty that late afternoon.

"My desination is Mulege Bahia Concepcion, Baja California Sur." (question = clarity of answer)

The nice lady at the peace arch said, "Oh you must know "NAME OF SENIOR BORDER GUY/MULEGE RESIDENT" and he's on duty tonight, so please park over there and I have him come right out. I'm sure he'd like to talk to you."

Nice man, gave me alot of good tips and suggestions about what I was after for my personal wants and needs to get away for a while.

Will never forget, as my aniety of the 9/11 Can USA border white noise I created for myself subsided immediately when the senior man on duty said, "Relax, let's chat about Mulege and Bahia Concepcion."

After nearly a 20 minute session of a smile filled chat session, he took the once look thru my Baja Chihuahua 21 foot rig and said something like this to condense it down,

"Have a safe Trip RandyMac, you'll meet many wonderful people, and then many types of people down there, that want to give out there own lay of the land, and how everything works or doesn't work, and they are from all walks of life, all sizes shapes, and whatever, so if you stay on your game, you'll have fun, and just do this one thing for me. Drop into a few of the restaurants and bars in Mulege when you head into Mulege to poick up supplies, so you can support my local friends and the economy, cause they have been hard hit by 9/11 and they want and need people such as yourself to take a chance and not be afraid to head south to Baja for the winter. And be safe, and take care my new friend. Have a good journey. El Requeson is a great place to camp out for the winter. If you venture south of the Bay, be careful, as being alone is fine, but have your wits about you. Safe journey."

And we waved goodbye. I often wonder if he is on Baja Nomad, or whether I'll meet him in Mulege? Nice friendly helpful Baja Nomad Mulege man.

Followed his suggestions and very much enjoyed my time in Baja California Sur.

Logged back in to let you know Bruce... He's in a hunk of Heaven

I am almost certain that I wrote down this very nice American/Mulege residents name that told me he was goin to retire in his hunk of heaven comfort zone, in Mulege and so tonight, I'll retire to my Baja Chihuahua 21 foot motor home that I think would be good for me to chill in and sleep in tonight. Wake up tomorrow I'll try to find it, and see If I can u2u with his name.

He's probably everyones' buddy in Mulege and or a local legend.

Your a solid guy and a true Baja Nomad of the Mulege kind Bruce.

My too much on the keyboard and rant across the pond has taken its toll. Time to chill out and get down to the basics again.

Take care.

pooof once again.

And now that makes me want a banana cream pie...

I'm thinking of an OBE to head down for a cosmic slice of the best banana cream pie in the known universe. And I will sleep on this very thought tonight and visualize the pie and just a sliver or a slice.

Ummm. Banana cream pie, what could be more delicious? Not much of anything else in the known universe.

poooof. YOA.

Poor lady, she's so brainwashed...

First there is the fact that the bottom half of the sign is covering half of all the words. We can't tell what the full message really was. This may, in fact, be a plea for help.

Then there is the fact that she is in the picture. Therefore you must have taken it.

I just don't know about the authenticity of the whole thing. :)

I do like the home decor, however. Looks like a good life.
