Scott Steinberger - surgery

From PCI Facebook

Our fearless leader, Scott “The Weatherman” Steinberger suffered an aortic dissection Sunday out at KOH. Major open heart surgery to graft his aorta went well and he is still on a ventilator, responding to family and hoping to be off of it today and breathing on his own. Scott is tough and we know he will get through this, but we would appreciate your prayers as he recovers!
Genetically predispositioned for this type of aortic tears, his doctors expect him to make the same full recovery his father Bob “Weatherman” Steinberger did just 10 years ago with the same tear and repair. The Steinbergers sure are tough and don't break easy! Heal up quick Scott, we all miss you already and cant wait to have you back in action!

Could be potassium hydroxide (caustic potash).

Scott was moved out of ICU a couple days ago and is now in the Cardiac Care unit, still partially sedated as he recovers. Please continue to keep him in your prayers or thoughts.
