Franco Cremascoli passing

It’s with a sad heart that a great man and amazing friend, whom made Baja his home, Franco Cremascoli passed away Friday 25th from an auto accident on the highway north of San Felipe. Franco originally from Italy called Baja his home and in particular Rancho Percebu where he built not only his own house but also three other round brick houses which became “Baja Rentals”. Franco was known for his big heart and willingness to help anyone, which was just one of the many things that brought my family to Percebu over 16 years ago to also call it home.
