Thanks, BajaGuy for keeping this updated.

It would seem the lady's estranged spouse is the prime suspect.

A relief that, at this time, it appears no Mexican citizen was involved in the disappearance.

So sorry this has happened.

It kinda makes sence,(the husband being involved) the dogs were found with food & water & the wife was gone. How sad.

This is so sad. My heart goes out to the sister and other family members of Karen Wright. While we don't know the truth of tis story it seems that it will not have a good ending. My prayers go out to the family.

Maybe I'm viscerally reacting to the dude's photo in the Merced piece, but considering that there were two of his employees that disappeared, just don't know why this matter has been so slow to develop. Furthermore, up until now, the missing woman's family has not made any mention of the fact that she filed for divorce last October. Ugh!

It was strange that the sister didn't mention it, but I had heard people in San Felipe refer to Randy as both Karen's husband and ex-husband and I wondered which was correct. Seems it was somewhere in between. Such a sad story. I can't believe that he hasn't been looked into until now, but perhaps grabbing him on the perjury charges will lead them into looking into other things.
