Mexico taxes their own wine producers - big time.

Jesse:

Thank you, I would like to try it. Mexico climate is not the most conducive to growing premier juice, but it can still happen. Your description looks enticing enough to me to give it a go.

The blending of wine is common. Successful winemakers do it routinely.

That being said, the pleasure a wine brings is completely in the taste buds of the one consuming. If you like it, that is all that matters. The more you drink, the more you become exposed to, and the more expanded menu your personal taste buds will appreciate.

Do not worry about the terms people use to describe wine. If you like it, describe it your own way. The only expert is you! Just enjoy the great tastes!
