I believe you will find El Codo over at the People's Guide to Mexico website. DavidE on the other hand is presently in Baja California Sur, just
enjoying the heck out of cooler summer weather and watching his garden grow Jack-And-The-Beanstalk.
About The People's Guide website. It is now being run by Felisa Rosa Rogers, Steve Rogers' wonderful daughter. "Churpa" is a miracle. She is an
extension of Carl, Lorena, and Steve. A living continuation of The People's Guide tradition. With her, the book and the website are going to continue
long after we have gone the way of the dodo.
México is a huge country. To experience it all is like sitting down to a lifetime's million course banquet. The desert and the sea and the ocean of
Los Bajas Californias make the two states very, very special. But personally, I am greedy, I want it all :-)
I just find it hard to believe that my beloved ride to La Paz, and San Lucas, in the territory of Baja California Sur is fast approaching fifty years
in age. My pitiful words of advice are: Get out and do it all when you are young, healthy, and optimistic. Retirement is for nostalgia, and eating the
dessert first.

What I would enjoy reading from DavidE is about his adventures when he left Tecate, USA (where I last saw him, in person) and stayed in Mazatlan for a
bit then disappeared for some time to tropical Mexico... Now, he is posting again here from Bahia Asuncion... How about it Dah-veed? You could write
quite a story in the Non-Baja Trip Reports forum, here, yes?
