You should also get and use an 02 and heart rate monitor that goes on the end of your finger

much farther. It could be nothing, but it could be something.
Go to Costco, or online, and buy one of those blood pressure bracelets that indicate when AFIB is happening or not.
Don't take this occurrence lightly. |

Yep....that too. These units will give pulse rate, BP and tell you if AFIB is happening at the moment, but no oxy rate.[never been a concern for me
anyway] Convenient and affordable one piece design.

The cuff bp and pulse rate is portable, inexpensive, and easy to use. If you are concerned about AFIB, the finger monitor will give you pulse rate
more accurately, and blood oxygen level, with the bar graph in the middle of the display showing real time heart beat. For anyone concerned about AFIB
when traveling in Baja, both the cuff and finger monitor should be high on your list.

Ablation success rates are so, so.
If you want to fix the problem for good look at a Mini-Maze procedure.

I've had both done, with the cardioversion twice.
Neither one worked and now I'm on meds.

Omega 3 fish oil. Cayenne pepper extract. Hawthorne Berry. Magnesium. Always have on hand, and take the Omega fish oils regularly.

I looked up Hawthorn Berry and it appears to be an effective treatment for heart health. Thanks for he tip.
Do you have a favorite brand?
University of Maryland Medical Center

"Hawthorn is used to help protect against heart disease and help control high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Both animal and human studies
suggest hawthorn increases coronary artery blood flow, improves circulation, and lowers blood pressure. It has also been used on the skin to treat
boils and skin sores.
Heart failure
Hawthorn has been studied in people with heart failure (a condition in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to other organs in the body).
More studies are needed to understand how effective it may be. A number of studies conclude that hawthorn significantly improved heart function.
Studies also suggest that the herb can enhance a person's ability to exercise following heart failure. Participants in studies have reported that
hawthorn significantly improved symptoms of the disease (such as shortness of breath and fatigue). One study found that hawthorn extract (900 mg/day)
taken for 2 months was as effective as low doses of captopril (a prescription heart medication) in improving symptoms of heart failure."

experienced by patients would indicate that Crataegus preparations hold significant potential as a useful remedy in the treatment of CVD.
(cardio-vascular disease)."
