4X4 trip
Anyone interested in 4x4 trip mid March me and Mike from the pole line road trip. Are thinking to start from around El coyote Melings go south. I
know many routes from there not on maps. We would be limited by our 4x4 trucks as jeeps more go anywhere . We may even bring a dirt bike in the bed to
also ride.

Sounds great but my time away from home is limited until I can get things worked out. I can only say I will if I can.

We are open to both camp or hotel. I like the hotel option only for the fact of not carrying so much cargo in the truck. I'm thinking maybe A route I
know from Coyote South to Bay LA then El Arco more details later. Also Ed do you have tow strap to pull out our stuck Pick Ups. JAAAA

Are you thinking of taking the 'high road' that passes the access to San Isidoro and then turns south to reach Hwy. 1 at Km. 103+, almost 30 miles
from El Rosario?

Very cool!
TW and Roy (The squarecircle) recently drove the entire route I am asking about. While Roy's Land Rover was parked from overheating, TW drove the 3-4
miles north to see the Dominican visita ruins of San Isidoro. See TW's photo of it in my book, page 216. His 2016 trip report is here: http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=81801

Thank you David then I must speak to TMW me and Mike. Twice looked for the ruins on Motos could not find it. I wonder If we went on same route on our
bikes they did with trucks. Some spots south looked real hard.

Maybe Roy would like to get his new Colorado 4x4 diesel dirty on this trip.

I've only been on the road out to San Francisquito and El Barril. Years ago I did the road that drops down to San Pedro then east to the main road
south of San Rafael. I've been on the road to Mission San Borja many times and the rock paintings at Montevido. I've always wanted top go to Sa
Gregorio southeast of the Mission but on Google Earth it appears the road is now graded and the facilities is all new.
