Strange indeed
In the South Campos, VHF channel 69 is our coconut telegragh and we have heard nothing of this. We attended the Paella Festival in town yesterday and
nobody we talked to had heard anything.

I am thinking that this is either a hoax or it is way underground. I even searched google for the area in california where she is from, but nothing
is found.

Tried Google too, not the famous Karen Wright... Only link is San Felipe, Kats Korner...

i lifted it from Kat Korner,, it was posted that morning,, seems Karens sister was really desperate to get it out,, thats when I posted it that
morning here.
also Kat mention in her post that it was confirmed with the police that a missing person report had been filed
and I also see what I should have done,, and i have corrected it on the first post,, that it came from Kat korner,, I thought i was mentioned in the
article

UPDATE
I just got into SF tonight and while eating dinner I asked if anyone knew about this and they pointed to a missing post hanging on the wall. However,
from what they mentioned, so hear say, that no one had demanded any ransom or anything.

Maybe the family is so freaked out they don't think of getting back to ppl and do not know how to properly notify all sources of her disappearance or
they don't have the time or manpower. We should not be quick to judge. Depression and anxiety also can be disabling. I hope things are ok. I just
prayed about the situation. God bless them and you all too.

Things do not look promising... we need to keep them in our prayers and I hope that the truth is soon discovered. Even if it's bad the family needs to
know and any perpretators involved need to be brought to justice. This is scary and sad.

I don't know who Randy Wright is, but I did hear from someone in San Felipe that he is Karen's Ex-husband. I hope that somethings happens soon to
help find her.

Did she disappear from there or from another house south of town? Or does anyone really know? I've heard a couple of different things. I guess
that know one really knows so there is all kinds of speculation. I hope that the local police are able to figure out something and Karen isn't a
forever missing person. It's so sad!

Apparently from the new house under construction in Playa San Felipe. That is reportedly where her vehicle & dogs were found. The investigation is
being done now by the Federal poilice as our local police do not do this kind of investigation I am told.

Still Missing
Just received this message from the missing person's sister in response to my February 20 e-mail..........
......Karen is still a missing person at this time. It is my understanding that they are still investigating.
If Baja news and information can keep this current, that would be very helpful for everyone involved.
As there is alot of people within the Sates that are reading both Baja news and Kats Korner, on a daily basis for additional developments. At this
time
this all we have.
