Did you go with color? Don't forget not to expose it to the sun till it heals, and use sun block for it when it is exposed to the sun.

Mercedes!

I've always thought it was like buying a nice new mercedes, & then dragging the ignition key down the side from front to back.

Some of the most beautiful and intricate skin art is found on the Yakuza and their Geishas. I wish I could remember the name of a Japanese movie I saw once which was one step shy of porn but nevertheless quite erotic. In it a Geisha was getting a full back tat portrait of a famous historical lady while, um, straddling the artist's son. I suppose it was a great way to distract from the pain while providing inspiration to the artist.:tumble:

All my childhood I wanted to be older. Now I\'m older and this chitn sucks.

Have a couple, but here is my story teller......

Years ago, me and a buddy were drift fishing off LB and a dorado hit my friend's baitfish hard, jumped, spit the hook and it ended up in my friend's eye, literally. A few shots of tequila, an emergency plane ride home and a great eye doc helped save his eye.

Hence, the Dorado with an eye patch and a tequila bottle under his fin.....

Six tatoos, they run the whole gamut. A small cross put on in Jerasulem at age 10 (my mother's idea), an eagle (jarhead tatoo), a grateful dead skull with roses (deadhead tatoo), 2 celtic knots (heritage tatoos), and a skeletal lizard (deadhead with a passing interest in aboriginal X-ray art tatoo).

Have a tattoo, apply for job, in competition with a "no tattoo guy" and see who gets job, even if tattoo guy has better qualifications.
And that's the end of the story.....:P

That kind of opinion is getting dated. You forgot to add long hair, and bell bottom pants. :P

Depending on the job, I would hope the interviewer (HR) learned something in college, other than to judge on appearance.

Count many professionals amongst my friends. Not a one with a tatoo though, at least visible.
Harleys, yes, but that's another kettle of fish.
