I just found out something interesting. XP has a seperate setting for Tijuana. Yesterday I set my computer clock back but today it jumped forward. So I reset the time zone for Tijuana. Problem solved.

Springing Forward, then Falling Back

My "Atomic" clock correctly reset to Daylight Savings Time and THEN (last night) reset to Standard time. Even it seems confused. Very strange.
