Sirena and Adrian are gonna rock as parents for sure, and as for Grandma, I think she will be pretty good at it too.
Time to start eating healthy and not with cinabuns. I know you can do it. Look forward to seeing you really big when we come in early November.

Sirena, we are very excited for you and Adrian. I hope that your pregnancy continues to be healthy and fun. Enjoy the changes in your body and don't
worry about anything. Staying calm, content, and in touch with your body and your little one growing inside ~ these are the important things. And make
sure you let Adrian come to the appointments!!! I know a lot of women who would kill for a man that actually wants to go! I'm sure he will be touched
by the sounds of life, as well.

ummm...well, the proof is in the pudding...
(oh and the cinny buns had home made apple sauce by baja blanca and nuts, fresh eggs and whole wheat flour...so pig out honey!) now about that bacon

Yeesh! Everything I bake is whole wheat, I'm eating more veggies than ever (I actually ate a chard stirfry the other day  ) and almost no junk food! Herb teas, no caffeine, no alcohol, etc etc...I'm pretty
proud of myself for giving my diet a makeover!

taken a good look, ok ok you guys were right I guess I am pretty big
This morning we finally agreed on names (Adrian and I).
Since I have been laughing loads lately, and as far back in the pregnancy as I can remember, we decided to name him (if it's a boy) Isaak, which means
the laughing one, since from what I've heard, mom's feel what the baby is feeling and most of the time I feel happy and giddy, so I thought it would
be fitting (unless the baby comes out a total sour puss which, with a family like this one is highly unlikely).
And if it's a girl, as Adrian had called claims on the name and I happen to really like the name he wants, we decided on Lyla, which means dark haired
beauty (Adrian has dark hair so it kind of fits).
So...that's a huge load off my chest, now I can start knitting little booties and hats!! Yipeeee!!!
