Sounds like the CBP has an expanding program going on. I know what it's like to be on the receiving end of this kind of deal and if you haven't
experienced it personally you will have a hard time understanding how abusive it really can feel. There is some out of control behavior on the part of
some of these field agents with what appears to be little oversight / supervision.
I guess they are just writing their own rules for probable cause. It will probably take a shooting death of some poor sap subjected to one of these
stops before anything is really done about it.

I will agree that the interviewer was a little "Direct"
Now is there any Poster who would have been "Scared" if this had happened to them??
We do not know what led to this "hassle", which I do not think was Brutal.
It was a Hazzle, but what caused this, Was there a Report that there might be a Known Drug Operative that was going to board this Aircraft trying to
escape??
I did not see anyone Hit by a Swat Member--Did I miss something??
Things like this Happen but not as a Conspirecy a to formet a Revolution!

Gnudik_ I think the information you Post is ell written but is a "The Sky is Falling type of thing" I have lived in this Great County for 78 years,
Been around, and done a few things. Yes we are in a time when about Half of our Young Generation have become so Weak Minded and Scared that they
cannot think in a "Common Sense" Manner. They never developed Common Sense as they were to busy punching the Cell Phone and not learning or paying
attention to what is happening around them.
In other words we have created a Generation of "Dummies" who must have the Govt. or someone else take care of them, and yes it could turn into more
trouble, but I have confidence that the "Good People" of this Country will put a stop to it when it gets to Bad.
Most of this Theory put forth has no Substance it is only Theory and Words--No basis of FACT
We shall Survive and even stronger than we where before the Weak Minded tried to steal our Country!!

The solution is do not fall victim to the ploy, ignore them, document it, but move on. If you are drawn into the battle you will lose and NAU wins. If
you ignore it they lose their power in the game. Be aware its going down very quickly.

Keep in mind, there have been almost no cases of any terrorists prosecuted with any real evidence anywhere-even in 9/11, even in Iraq and Afghanistan,
except the cases of terrorism as torture of US prisoners and US black operations conducting targeted assassinations, false flag attacks and bioterror
such as Anthrax which admittedly came from Government offices.

I couldn't agree with you more.
As for facts related to this discussion about the heavy handed militia tactics used upon these Americans, there are obvious question related to the
known facts, for example, why would our borders be wide open allowing 20 million undocumented illegal aliens to live and work in the US? Yet the DHS
drew weapons on 3 documented Americans under no suspicion?
If they wanted to address illegal undocumented border crossings and possible terrorists, why not give the Border Patrol the resources to their job on
the border, instead there are Border Patrol now under Dept Homeland Security well within the US stopping only Americans, while 20 million illegals
drive without a driver's license, without current registration, without insurance and they are left to pass unharrassed.
There must be a strategy here and it isn't to stop illegal aliens nor is it to prosecute terrorists or they would do so? They haven't?
So what's your theory?
There have been no terrorists prosecuted? A handful have given guilty confessions (without trial) after nearly 7 seven years of solitary, sleep
deprivation and torture. No attacks since the unsolved and unprosecuted attack on 9/11? Yet we are subject to constant media threat of terrorism?
Why is Cheney is on TV now more than ever to justify torture of people who have no charges?
No of this is common sense?

The US has passed a 3.6 trillion federal budget which is about 1/3 of our National GDP. Add on to that state budget for example:
