Chuck and Ginger sound like they were some very cool people.
And real Baja pioneers!
Sorry to here about Chuck's passing.
And the doggie too.

La Ribereña, thanks for the update about Chili Dog; man oh man, she was such a part of Chuck, I couldn't imagine the one without the other. I guess all is as it should be. I sure am glad I knew them both, I am sure I am the better for it.

Chuck Potter (my dad)

I just read all the postings about my dad and it brought tears to my eyes. It was so great to feel all the love everyone felt for him. Both he and Chili will be missed. It just won't be the same Baja. Thank you for taking good care of him while he was in Baja and for being such great friends to him. We were happy he was in La Ribera when his day came. That is how he wanted it. Hope to see you all in La Ribera before the end of the year. My husband and I are going to try to get down there soon for a visit.

Cathy Rossner (crossner)... thank you for coming here to speak to us... I am very sorry for your loss... You dad was a very generous and friendly man... He shared the Baja feeling with many of us at my Viva Baja party back in 2002. He offered to help me get a Baja book published after he finished Jimmy Smith's book and I saw the big Baja collection at your home near El Cajon before Chuck moved south.
