Keri--Baja Nuts

You gals are making me appreciate, again, what it takes to be a true Baja Lover...Like I always say...People helping People and you gals are sure pulling out the plug in your efforts...

Baja Nuts is sending me a Money Order for $175 to help with the school supplies and when I get it I will make sure it gets to Keri...Hey K got a car load of stuff and have hit the ATM so we will see you Monday morning...Hear the Mexican Government has replaced all of the Customs guys on the border with the Army...not really looking forward to visiting these guys on their first day on the Border...

OH! Well Baja is always thinking up things to keep us from getting bored.

Keri, I understand that you are doing a Pot Luck and some other stuff to help this Angel...why don't you share your plans with the folks.

Baja Nuts...sure hope Jaime and I get a chance to meet you and yours one day.

Almost forgot...Dennis--us mossy backs gotta think of each other...Cabo Magic...this is a little like when you, I, and many others chipped in and helped a while back in Mulege...

Vgabndo...hey guy I guess a lot of the new folks don't even know you contributed a chapter to my last book on Baja...Think of so many of you so very often and with a smile on my face.

Hey Keith,

Kathleen told me about this on Friday. Very sad. I know we have a computer that we could donate to the family along with a variety of household items for when they are able to rebuild. I also have some toys and stuffed animals from when I was a kid that I would happily give to them.

I forgot yesterday to put this up. Besides being our hairstylist Maria's other livelihood was sewing or repairing things for the local valley and her family. Her serger and sewing machine were burnt in the fire. If anyone has a spare sitting around not being used this would be a great time to give it a new home. Thanks for caring,k

I have a Serger I've never used. My mom gave it to me when she bought a new machine, it's maybe 12-13 years old but it's like new. 4 bobbins, instruction book in English.

If you think this will work for Maria, she can have it. Will she be able to use it right away? Maybe at someone else's house? Or should we wait until they have a place to set it up?

I can ship to a US address.

Hi, yes Maria is not only an angel of mercy to all in the greater community, but has saved countless dogs, cats and other animals who have been heartlessly dropped off in the Canyon. BTW: The area to the locals and the bus stop is known as El Junco. Dick Holme
