It's under $3.00 in Texas. Inlaws just called to rub it in. I'd rather pay a little more and be in California or Baja. :yes:

TIJUANA- Starting in the early hours of today, Saturday, there was the first gas price increase of the new administration of presidente Enrique Peņa Nieto, increasing Magna from 10.72 to 10.81 pesos per liter, and Premium goes from 11.24 to 11.29 and diesel increases from 10.81 to 10.90 pesos per liter. These will increases will continue until 2014, being a strong blow to family finances.

Don't know when THOSE prices go into affect but that will make PEMEX about the same as US (except for diesel):
Magna = $3.27/gal @ 12.5p/$

Premium = $3.41/gal @ 12.5p/$

Diesel = $3.30/gal @ 12.5p/$

again, from another site, 5 days ago.

At today's exchange rate of 12.45 pesos to the dollar, the price of gas is:

Magna (regular) = $3.29 per gallon
Premium = $3.43 per gallon
Diesel = $3.31 per gallon

The cheapest regular gas in San Diego is $3.35
The cheapest regular gas in Tucson in $2.95 per gallon
The cheapest regular gas in Albuguerque is $2.97 per gallon
The cheapest regular gas in Brownsville, is $3.07 per gallon
