wonders of both names are on the title?? i don't know about boats - put for planes, if in a joint ownership or LLC/corp registered all parties must have /carry a notarized doc that sas they have permission to be in possession. Could be a very sticky wicket if he gets stopped by Mex feds police and the registration has multiple names but he is sans the docs.

Only one on the title. The one that has the boat. This all is no longer an issue. Or perhaps the one without the boat would find a way to comment.

Here is the most updated flyer, complete with the van he purchased before disappearing. Please please share if you can. We need as much help as we can get.
Thanks

Hate to hear about this. Brings up the bad feelings of my boat being stolen in San Quintin. I've been second guessing myself almost daily on what I coulda, shoulda done different. But short of sleeping in it what can you do?
A crooked person stole it and I never saw it again.
I loved that boat! It was a real hotrod.
So when the timing is right I'll get another... and maybe I'll live in it.:light:
Anyway, hoping for the best for the owner.

Sounds about right. The OWNER was towing it with a F-150 so is probably taking it slow with such a heavy load.
