TMW, I rode up the pass from mission Guadelupe a couple years ago. It's about 3 miles up to the paso from the bottom. Took me as long to do those 3
miles as it did to ride out from Mulege.
There are some washouts that I could get around on my bike and some big appliance-sized rockas in the road bed here and there. The main problem was
that the hurricanes have totally washed out the road bed making transit of said road bed very difficult.
Willy has seen what I can ride through, he knows what I can do. Its a real tough climb, not the worst, but real tough.
Having said that, I think all parties on this thread should go out and ride/drive these passes before we think we can't do this stuff anymore...my
kind of crowd!
Chuckie too. In his red Dodge.

Yep, MulegeAl is a tuff rider. Here he is after a local race, he lost his shirt, but still came in First.

I do want to thank all - but one - folks here for good advice. Decision is made, we will go the long way via CD Insurgentes.
I feel sorry for those bad-a$$es to recommend something which seems to be impossible. Completely unfair. Don`t you think, chucky?
Q to you: Are you the same puppet like in the movies which could kill honest people???
Your postings here are making me think of that.
