on getting that fishing license first...


...we used to be able to buy the licenses in blank, then sell them, fill them out and give the list of ID numbers to the pesca with all the pertinent details...a sportfishing operation here was selling these blank licenses over and over so PESCA got mad. Now we have to have the names and dates before we buy the licenses. So as long as I can provide the names and dates, and if I am in process (tramite) of obtaining the licenses we can still send folks out fishing....

sorry if some don;t like the rules, but I didn't write them. I only typed from the law and translated as best as I could. I know there were typos but I have been busy and was pressed for time.
