[Still under construction. I have yet to finish the interior, the walls are in. The fixtures, kitchen and bathroom and solar have to be finished.

Thats the tops. White sandy beach and snoring hubby (?).

Hell...you can throw your rod and line out right to the surf. I am jealous! Very cool.

I seen a home that close to the water...the owner had fastened up a flag holder on their porch post....and there sat the fishing rod in it!




Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

The picture is an optical elusion the property is higher than it looks and is well over the high tide requirment of 22 meters / 65ft. It does look that way though!
